This complimentary appointment primarily consists of a tour of the house alongside our interior designer and staging expert, or a home inspector and follow up report. This report will contain detailed instructions on tasks that should be completed on the house in order to appeal to a wider range of buyers.

After receiving your professional photos, we will present to you the marketing materials prepared and the listing preview of the house, which will go live after your approval.
