We will schedule home preparation appointments, a professional and classy photo shoot, and draft all the necessary marketing material for you to review before posting. At Hummel Group, we offer a complimentary home staging and preparation appointment. This complimentary appointment primarily consists of a tour of the home alongside our interior designer and home staging expert, or a home inspector and follow up report. This report will contain detailed instructions on tasks that should be completed on the home in order to appeal to a wider range of buyers.

After receiving your professional photos, we will present to you the marketing materials prepared and the listing preview of your home, which will go live after your approval.
